We're looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Sales Development + Go To Market (GTM) leader to join our EMEA SMG team. In this critical role, you will work directly for the EMEA Center of Excellence (COE) leader as a trusted partner and advisor in shaping and creating multi-year AI Sales strategies that drive business results across the region.
You will leverage sales strategy expertise, attention to detail, executive presence, and strong business development skills to help drive AI-specific relationships, relevance, and revenue across all external and internal stakeholders, in support of EMEA SMG Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Core Expectations: Accountable for the development and delivery of an EMEA-wide AI growth plan as part of a holistic GTM strategy.
Instrumental in growing Intel's market share and revenue through targeted end customers and ecosystem partner development (Global System Integrator (GSI)/Cloud Service Provider (CSP) engagements).
Build a GTM business plan and programmatic recommendations to scale AI solutions.
Collaborate with Intel's sales, marketing, and communications organization, end customers, ecosystem partners, as well as Intel's HQ AI COE Team and AI solution architects.
Additional Responsibilities: Ownership and accountability to the EMEA AI sales targets and KPIs.
Building and communicating an AI GTM strategy and business plan for the EMEA marketplace.
Lead cross-organization virtual teams to deliver AI targets in alignment with business units and broader SMG.
Develop the sales motion and influence technical training to ensure customer decision-makers and architects understand the value Intel can provide in the AI marketplace.
Identify and develop impactful ecosystem partnerships to collaboratively scale Intel accelerated Generative AI solutions to solve prominent customer and industry challenges.
Partner with industry expert teams to maximize Intel AI solutions and use cases through targeted industry use cases.
Engage a priority list of customers across all industries that would benefit from collaborating with Intel AI teams to build their own AI solutions.
Build and lead opportunity pipeline management and pipeline forecasting to grow and measure both end-user and ecosystem (CSPs/GSI's) sales growth.
Lead organizational readiness and talent development for our people to win in AI.
Be the voice of EMEA into HQ teams to ensure customer commercial and technical bottlenecks are addressed through scalable solutions and offerings.
Qualifications: Proven experience across sales, business development, or GTM leadership, matched with significant AI industry expertise.
Proven management experience and/or leading large virtual teams.
Business and technical knowledge of Gen AI solutions and impact.
Proven track record in presenting complex technical and commercial AI-related topics.
Possess a strong AI-related network of contacts across EMEA customers and ecosystem partners.
Deep AI domain expertise and understanding of sales and buying practices linked to AI solutions.
Proven track record scaling pipeline and revenue by building a programmatic approach for scaling channel revenue.
Action-oriented and assumed accountability.
Ability to build and measure progress against a business plan.
Experience developing joint product solutions and sales plays with ecosystem partners.
Collaborate and inspire virtual teams through programs and joint partner solutions.
Strong business acumen, strategic insight, and self-motivated to work on your own initiative.
Excellent communication skills, versatility, negotiation, and ability to manage ambiguity.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). A master's degree and/or MBA would be an advantage.
