ADP is hiring a Sales Data Steward -- Global Sales Center of Excellence (CoE).
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data for the WW Sales organization.
As a key contributing member of the Global Sales Operations Center of Excellence (CoE), you will utilize your analytical/research skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enrich ADP sales data; you will develop deep knowledge of data best practices, enforce data governance policies and enrich ADP's data assets to foster an effortless sales experience.

They partner and consult with Sales Staff, technology teams and Automation and provide quick turnaround on day-to-day business critical responsibilities.Main responsibilities:Leverage analytical skills to identify correlations between diverse data streamsProactively maintain, manage, communicate, and update CRM dataLeverage Master Data Management tools to review, import, update and manage data setsUtilize external research tools to improve CRM dataMaintain case workflow to ensure Just-In-Time territory assignment and SLAsPerform adhoc analysis, manage quick turnaround timesData cleansing initiatives to reduce duplicates and erroneous information in CRMIdentify and provide recommendations on how to improve the Sales & data workflows to improve data qualityWork with larger data governance team to define and implement data best practicesQualifications:1-3 years of experience in Data ManagementBS/BA Degree (or equivalent): Business Administration, Data or related field is preferredCompetency and experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, and PPT)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ease of interacting with cross-functional teamsAbility to strive in a fast-paced evolving sales environmentAbility to handle confidential mattersKnowledge of MDM, BI, CRM required; experience with Salesforce CRM and AWS big data environment a plusHands-on experience with SQL and relational databasesPrior working knowledge of data aggregation and querying a plusPrior experience of data management platforms is a plusPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent written and verbal communication skills both verbal and writtenProficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high quality reports, presentations and other documentsSuperb organization skillsProven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environmentAbility to handle confidential matters#J-18808-Ljbffr
