The role includes the following responsibilities:
Workplace Lead in GTOO Process (Daily support and processing of onboarding tasks and monthly reportings) and ensuring data quality in IWMS for CH & EMEA1st Level support for Workplace related ticketsAssuring up-to-date floor plans, furniture layouts and workplace information within Swiss Re's coordinated workplace management system (IWMS)Supporting CRES (Corporate Real Estate Services) regional, global and local owners, assisting with identifying areas of improvement and taking ownership of defined actions & measuresBuild understanding of stakeholder needs, validate local workplace demand and combine with our innovative offeringsResponsibility for Home Office MarketAbout the Team
Workspace Services Zurich/EMEA is the solution provider for Swiss Re's corporate real estate in Zurich/EMEA including the management of efficient and functional office and workspace environment. Collaborating with others and jointly contributing towards our team's goals is essential for us. You will be based in Bratislava or Madrid and be a remote part of the Workspace Service team in Zurich.
About You
Essentials
You have professional experience of 3+ years/Data quality background with proven track record.Proficient spoken and written English skills, German desirableGood MS Office skills (mainly MS PowerPoint, MS Excel/Pivot Tables)
Nice to haves
Experience in office planning / Workplace management would be a plus.Experienced in working with IWMS (Planon), additional experience in CAD (AutoCad) would be a plus.
