.Job Responsibilities: Work with Regulatory Managers to support the delivery of the Regulatory Operations monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks.Maintain a 'tracker' of required regulatory developments.Input to regulatory projects undertaking UAT and the documentation of end-to-end processes.Document, explain, and report on the results consistent with regulatory expectations.Support the Regulatory Managers in other areas of regulatory operations as required, including but not limited to, MIFID reporting, Account Management, Dividends, Client Asset Statements.Understand and assist in the identification of key business factors which impact Regulatory Obligations; support the resolution of operational regulatory issues as needed.Provide other business areas with Regulatory information and advice when required.Assist with internal reviews and/or audits including coordination efforts, facilitation of documentation requests, general analysis policies and procedures.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Experience or exposure to compliance and/or operational risk management in financial services.Initiative, curiosity, and good judgment.Comfortable managing through ambiguity and change.Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and diligence.Ability to take in and work with complex and technical information.Ability to understand and sort through large datasets.Strong collaboration and engagement skills.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Experience in the share plan industry.Some Regulatory experience across multiple areas e.G., FATCA / CRS, MiFid, Client Assets would be an advantage.UAT experience.About Us: J.P.
