This is a new role created within Workplace Solutions to support the Client Relationship managers.
This role will be based in Barcelona and will report into the Global Head of CRMs.
This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders across the business and involves supporting them on their day to day.
This employee will play a critical role in ensuring that the CRMs have the resources, information and support they need to effectively service clients, close deals and meet company objectives.

Job Responsibilities: Support and report data for the global Client Relationship Managers.
Produce CM dashboards and reports Ensure daily file loads in CM have been processed and loaded Provide CM Director and CM Managers with regular updates Provide front-line business process support across the client lifecycle leveraging best practices and facilitating enhanced business metrics Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Previous client facing experience  Ability to work to deadlines Excellent level of PowerPoint essential Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis.
Proven ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision Must be able to work independently and be team-oriented Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Microsoft Dynamics experience an advantage Relevant third level qualification in IT or Business Excellent co-ordination skills Strong project management skills
