An impressive portfolio of structural core materials, prepregs, adhesives, wind blade mould tooling, kitting and composite structural engineering services enables Gurit to offer the most complete composite solution on the market.Sobre la delegación: Our site in Girona, Spain, is home to Group Functions including Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, Sustainability, Human Resources, IT and Finance.Propósito del puesto: Defining and implementing the IT Service Management model as well as the Workplace Management strategy, implementing the best practices and required KPIs to increase the efficiency and prepare the Group for further steps to ensure excellent service to the Group.Descripción: The Global IT Service & Workplace Manager must create value for Gurit ensuring:Collaborate with the IT Operations Manager on the Service & Workplace budget management.IT Service:Developing, maintaining and implementing the roadmap agreed, ensure best possible service (working with local IT Teams and external vendors) and following the security standards defined for the company.Keep in close contact with Local IT teams and external support services, setting indicators for ensuring the continuous service improvement and collaborating with Local IT teams on solving problems.Making the IT Service Portal the reference tool for the whole IT team and all Gurit users and a key factor on the relationship with external IT services.Become the Level 3 reference contact for the IT Managers, redirecting the request to the right Group IT section when required.Ensure a proper cascade down (documentation, trainings, guidelines) to the Local IT Team and service suppliers of the different initiatives launched from Group IT.IT Workplace:Managing the creation of an ITIL compliant global inventory (hardware and software), coordinating the efforts of the different local IT resources to keep it updated and correctly maintained.Define best practices for the workplace configuration and management (also MDM), keeping all the systems under control and providing tools for managing them in a distributed and flexible way.Ensuring an accurate software updates distribution, according to the company security standards and efficiently managing the workplace and server licensing.Making sure all equipment and software is supported by its vendor and the required security patches are applied on a regular basis.
