Workpackage Manager (m/f) Location: Madrid Tres Cantos, Spain

Thales in Spain is a leader in technological solutions applied to Defence, Aeronautics, Security, Transportation, and Space. We ensure work package management for the system engineering perimeter from inputs (costs, schedule, quality, development plan) provided by the PM and SEM/EDM.

Responsibilities: Participate in the system engineering activities, in the system engineering core team, under the PDA & SEM/EDM. Contribute to analyze the system requirements. Contribute to describe the missions, functions, and requirements on the solution or the product. Contribute to formalize the specification and the architectural design to develop the solution or product. Contribute to justify the solution design versus the system requirements. Contribute to the identification and management of risks. Contribute to the realization of system trade-offs. We are looking for a candidate with:

Degree in Engineering. Experience in optical / quantum space systems. Very good understanding of development cycles.
