Manage the team in Barcelona and plan and organize daily businessFacilitate communication between the team and our clientWork with the team to deliver against agreed SLA & KPIPrepare weekly & monthly reports to the customerHandle human resources, team building, team planning, and workforce managementCoordinate backup during holidays, illness, and team member departuresDefine and set training objectives with the involvement or approval of the clientOrganize training and ensure all (marketing) automation specialists and proofreaders are well trained and up to date on the topics and processesTrain additional team members as needed, ensuring they reach the necessary level of knowledgeCoach the team and keep them motivatedYour qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Are bilingual or proficient in Portuguese with advanced English and SpanishHave good knowledge of online marketing instruments, inbound campaigns, and customer journeysHave at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and with an e-mail marketing tool and preferably first experience with a marketing automation tool (ideally Eloqua) and knowledge of nurturing, enrichment, and scoringAre experienced in team managementHave knowledge of Windows/MS OfficeExhibit excellent time management: detail-oriented, organized, able to manage priorities and produce accurate workAre well organized, able to manage priorities and produce accurate workAre a quick learner: ability to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructivelyAre a team playerDon't meet every requirement?
