We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.What you will do in this roleIn everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.As a Working Team Leader on our team, you will:Manage the team in Barcelona and plan and organize daily business.Facilitate communication between the team and our client.Work with the team to deliver against agreed SLA & KPI.Prepare weekly & monthly reports to the Customer.Handle human resources, team building, team planning, and workforce management.Coordinate backup during holidays, illness, and team member departures.Define and set training objectives with the involvement or approval of the client.Organize the trainings and ensure all (marketing) automation specialists and proofreaders are well trained and up to date on the topics and processes.Train additional team members as needed, ensuring they reach the necessary knowledge level to start working on the tool.Coach the team and keep them motivated.Your qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Your natural talent to help others and go beyond WOW for our customers will fit right in with what we do and who we are.Concentrix is a great match if you:Are bilingual or proficient in French with advanced English and Spanish.Have good knowledge of online marketing instruments, inbound campaigns, and customer journeys.Have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and with an e-mail marketing tool, preferably with first experience in a marketing automation tool (ideally Eloqua) and knowledge of nurturing, enrichment, and scoring.Are experienced in team management.Have knowledge of Windows/MS Office.Possess excellent time management skills: detail-oriented, organized, able to manage priorities and produce accurate work.Are a quick learner: ability to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively.Are a team player.Don't meet every requirement?
