We help well-known brands improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries.If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Working Team Leader (On-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech.What you will do in this roleAs a Working Team Leader on our team, you will:Manage the team in Barcelona and plan and organize daily business.Facilitate communication between the team and our client.Work with the team to deliver against agreed SLA & KPI.Prepare weekly & monthly reports to customers.Handle human resources, team building, team planning, and workforce management.Coordinate backup during holiday, illness, and team member departures.Define and set training objectives with client involvement or approval.Organize training and ensure all specialists and proofreaders are well trained and up to date.Train additional team members when needed, ensuring they reach the necessary knowledge level.Coach the team and keep them motivated.Concentrix is a great match if you:Are bilingual or proficient in French with advanced English and Spanish.Have good knowledge of online marketing instruments, inbound campaigns, and customer journeys.Have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and with an email marketing tool, preferably with experience in a marketing automation tool (ideally Eloqua).Are experienced in team management.Have knowledge of Windows/MS Office.Exhibit excellent time management: detail-oriented, organized, able to manage priorities and produce accurate work.Are a quick learner: ability to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively.Are a team player.Don't meet every requirement?
