We're seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) with experience to partially manage the team while performing the SDR responsibilities. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success.
As a Working Team Leader on our team, you will:
Represent the client's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
Conduct outbound calling to deliver promotions and marketing messages.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps.
Identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook.
Participate in communications with Client's.
Support Advisors by solving queries.
Review and improve case handling flow.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Utilize a CRM with a database to transform the provided lead into sales opportunities.
Use a consultative approach, identifying the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Report to sales supervisor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
Collect production and performance metrics from available sources daily and update Project performance tracker.
Analyze data and report to Supervisor and/or Program Manager.
Manage all disciplinary issues effectively (with oral warning and requesting HR with written ones).
Ask management to hire new agent(s) either to substitute or to complete the team using concrete metrics.

Are proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English.
Minimum one year of experience in sales (if you have more, also welcome), with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
Strong communication skills via phone and email.
Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
Achievement and goal oriented.
Motivated and self-starter.
Is a plus if you:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant work experience.
Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
Proficiency with CRM software or database.

Salary 21,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,800 euros gross/year in bonus.
