Job Description

Experience the power of a game-changing career

Want to be part of an innovative and growing team? We're a global technology and services leader that powers the brands of the future. We help well-known brands — the ones you use every day — improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries.

If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Working Team Leader in Malaga (on-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in the Tech industry.

Career growth and personal development

This is a great opportunity to experience the power of what's next and develop "friends for life" at the same time. We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.

What you will do in this role

In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.

We're seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) with experience to partially manage the team while performing the SDR responsibilities. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success.

As a Working Team Leader on our team, you will:

Represent the client's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
Conduct outbound calling to deliver promotions and marketing messages.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps.
Identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook.
Participate in communications with Client's.
Support Advisors by solving queries.
Review and improve case handling flow.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Utilize a CRM with a database to transform the provided lead into sales opportunities.
Use a consultative approach, identifying the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Report to sales supervisor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
Collect production and performance metrics from available sources daily and update Project performance tracker.
Analyze data and report to Supervisor and/or Program Manager.
Manage all disciplinary issues effectively (with oral warning and requesting HR with written ones).
Ask management to hire new agent(s) either to substitute or to complete the team using concrete metrics.

Your qualifications

We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Your natural talent to help others and go beyond WOW for our customers will fit right in with what we do and who we are.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English.

Minimum one year of experience in sales (if you have more, also welcome), with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
Strong communication skills via phone and email.
Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
Achievement and goal oriented.
Motivated and self-starter.

Is a plus if you:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant work experience.
Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
Proficiency with CRM software or database.

Don't meet every requirement? No worries. We're dedicated to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace for everyone. If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply. We'll do our best to match you with the right job, whether it's this one or another role.

What's in it for you

We challenge conventions to deliver outcomes unimagined by creating customer experiences that go beyond WOW. That's why we significantly invest in our people, our infrastructure, and our capabilities to ensure long-term success for our teams, our customers, and YOU.

In this role, we offer benefits that help support your unique lifestyle:
