.Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Workforce System Lead that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.System Compliance tasks include, but are not limited to:Compliance documentationCoordinating and scheduling backup/recoveryPerforming Disaster-Recovery TestingService Level Agreement monitoringAccess & identity managementCoordinating server and database patchesAudit trail monitoringSmall enhancements/configuration changes to softwareCoordinate with multiple areas of the business and IT (Functional Areas & Infrastructure)Incident & Problem ManagementService Request Management & Change ManagementWorking with IT Infrastructure to remediate, replace, migrate or decommission legacy systems or infrastructure itemsRequirements:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering required.Strong written and communication skills in English required.ITIL Version 3/4 certification preferred.Must have a solid understanding of HR and IT with demonstrable knowledge of HR Time Management processes.Strong interpersonal skills in the following areas: written and verbal communication, platform delivery, team building facilitation, influence and networking.Proven ability to make effective, timely decisions and experienced in conflict resolution/intervention.Conceptual skills: business insight, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to balance the big picture with attention to details.Experience:Minimum 4 years of HR IT experience (preferably in a high technology or pharmaceutical environment).Minimum 3 years working experience in a cross-cultural environment, preferable with a global reach.Preferred to have experience working with Time Management systems like Workforce Software Time Management.If not in Kronos or any other major Time Management system.Must have a record of accomplishment in implementing technologies and realizing business benefit in a Global/Regional environment (including different cultures).WHAT DO WE OFFER:Permanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
