As we expand our operations globally, it's important that we onboard an experiencedWorkforce Growth & Operations Leadto build, support, and coach a world-class organization.What you'll do, in more detail:Guarantee that the demand and the field stay in sync, and adjust the growth levers accordingly to balance the demand.Close follow up and monitor daily growth operations and take actions in accordance with the KPI targets.Analyze data and field KPI's to make decisions and look for potential growth opportunities in collaboration with other teams.Track day-to-day growth activities.Adapt daily growth activities into the actions on the field.Manage campaigns while preparing better campaigns.Act as a daily growth improvement specialist who detects and takes action in performance gaps.Manage the reporting and operation of daily communication with the user base; knowledge of communication tools is a plus.Manage, mentor, and grow a team of growth operations specialists, and build strong partnerships with data, product, and business teams.RequirementsWhat your experience looks like:5+ years of experience working in growth operations or marketplace operations.Proven ability to operate and succeed within a fast-paced environment.Data-driven, detail-oriented, sharp, and careful personality."Analyze first, act second" mindset.Fast learner and ability of instant decision making under pressure.Dedication to achievement and short-term goals.A personality that rejects and questions established practices.Always ready to go the extra mile.Enthusiasm for working in an imperfect dynamic startup environment.A collaborative spirit and a 'can do' attitude are a must!
