Position Location: Madrid, Spain or ASO Delhi, India Workday Sr Specialist supports the HR Technology team as an HR Technology expert on Workday HR, and other HR technology related and project initiatives. The individual will provide expertise and support to core HR systems through general system support, configuration, process design, data accuracy and analytics. Consult with business partners to research, document, implement and execute new and/or revised HR programs and systems. Key Responsibilities of the Workday Sr Specialist: Assess the functional requirements for business applications, translate these into system/technical specifications and implement the desired solution, followed by close support to guarantee the success after implementation. Build strong partnerships and collaborate with the team and key business partners in day-to-day work and issue resolution. Research system impact of new initiatives, respond to key data issues and assist partners in understanding best practices to support their business goals and objectives. Define system requirements, priorities, and viable alternatives. Provide estimates of work effort and costs and coordinate the efforts of staff to effectively use resources to test and install. Provide improvement recommendations on business processes and system design that require a high level of technical competency. Requirements of the Workday Sr Specialist: Preferred Education: bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-year experience in implementing/supporting Workday HCM/Core Consulting & Report Writer and preferred modules: Talent Management and Performance Enablement. Excellent data analysis skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Advanced experience with Workday Mass Uploads & EIBs. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in systems and project management
