Workday Recruiting Consultant – Obtain Workday Certifications

Keylime Consultants are working with a highly-regarded global Workday Partner, and we're looking for a Workday Recruiting Specialist to join their team in Spain.We invite applications from certified Consultants as well as Workday Analysts from various industries, as this opportunity provides a unique pathway to transition into consultancy and obtain Workday certifications.This is a permanent, fully remote position offering a base salary of approximately €40,000, plus bonus and benefits.As a new Workday Recruiting Consultant, you will play a key role in new implementations and AMS initiatives, supporting end-to-end global Workday projects across multiple industries.Workday Recruiting Consultant – Requirements:Excellent knowledge of Workday Recruiting, including the ability to configure the module.Candidates without hands-on experience but with a solid knowledge of Workday Recruiting module, willing to step up into a configuration role, are also welcome to apply!Experience of implementing Workday Recruiting will be considered a strong plus.Configuration knowledge of HCM Core, Compensation and Talent & Performance is a plus.Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and customer facing skills.Fluency in English is a requirement.This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the world's largest and most established consultancies, playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of their Spanish Workday Practice.To register your interest, apply with an up to date CV or contact Maria Goncalves for more info.#J-18808-Ljbffr
