Position Location: Madrid, Spain or Delhi, India.
The Workday Integrations Manager acts as the technical specialist within the People Technology team, specializing in Workday Integrations, and other HR technology related project initiatives.
They will be required to consult with business partners to research, document, lead, and implement HR Integrations initiatives across the HR Technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities of the Workday Integrations Manager: Manage, design, build and deploy / implement Workday Integrations (i.e. RaaS, Core Connectors, PECI, Studio interfaces etc). Analyze, design and prepare or select new systems / technologies in order to meet internal and external user requirements. Maintenance and support of outbound and inbound integrations in the existing Radisson Workday Integrations catalogue. Develop and maintain documentation of HR Integrations and processes. Project Management including gathering of requirements, follow up on project tasks, timeline, planning and effort estimations (resources & costs). Requirements of the Workday Integrations Manager: Preferred Education: bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with a minimum 4-year experience in web service technologies with REST & SOAP based web services, XML, XSLT and other integration technologies. Experience with Workday Payroll Integration implementations: Workday Configuration (Pay Groups, Pay Periods, External Payroll Earnings), Planning and effort estimation, data consolidation with third-party payroll system, User Acceptance Testing, deployment and post go-live support. Minimum 4-year experience in Workday Integrations Project (Payroll & EIBs are key) & experience with Workday Studio (XSLT transformations, connecting to external APIs, error handling and error logging), Workday Core Connectors, PECI, BIRT, RaaS and other Workday related integrations. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in integration systems and project management (configuration, integrations, security). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during Workday and third-party vendor implementations. Ability to facilitate communication between business and technological teams, using understandable vocabulary for non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability in problem solving and proactive in issue resolution with a high level of initiative. Delivers timely and quality work while demonstrating effective work prioritization. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence others. Experience with mass loads of data changes in Workday. Optional experience with: Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Web, Android development. Language skills: Fluent English both written and spoken, additional language skills are welcome.
