As a Workday HCM Specialist , you will report to the Workday Product Owner and support enhancement projects and new implementations.
You'll collaborate with an implementation partner and the wider Workday team, providing operational support and driving improvements to existing modules.
You'll be the primary point of contact for Workday in Spain , working closely with an international team on Workday initiatives.
This role offers a base salary of up to €60,000, plus benefits, and a flexible hybrid working model, preferably with 2 days per week working from home.
Workday HCM Specialist – Malaga or Madrid – Required Profile Strong knowledge of Workday, including hands-on configuration skills.
Preferably experience with Recruiting, Absence, or Payroll modules , though expertise in other modules is also welcome!
Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Security is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in English is essential.
Based in Malaga or Madrid , with availability to work on a hybrid model .
