Role Responsibilities: As a Workday Talent and Performance Lead, you will build deep, personalised relationships to help our clients and businesses thrive. Analysis and conception to the complete integration and the release of our HR processes. You will advise our customers competently and implement appropriate HR cloud solutions. Advise our customers accurately on the respective Workday modules, record the specific customer requirements and respond to them. Prepare pitches carefully to deliver results that are worth seeing for the customer. You will also lead workshops and informative presentations to customers. Use data and storytelling to deliver insights to the business around key talent-related metrics. Collaborate with other HR teams to understand talent priorities and to create and implement strategies and actions around inclusion & diversity, employee experience, and learning/up-skilling. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management. Experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance or Learning. Must be proficient in Spanish and English.
