A second European language is a plus (FR, DE, NL, ES, ...).You have strong communication skills and succeed in building good relations with both internal and external stakeholders.You are proactive, adaptive, and think in terms of solutions instead of problems.Pragmatic focus on outcome and goal achievement.Commitment to achieve sprint and squad goals.
