We are looking for a Workday Expert based in our Boadilla del Monte office, with at least 6 years of experience including 4 years of experience implementing HR Solutions and 3 years of experience in HR system integrations, including Workday, SAP, and Oracle.

Your role
As a Workday Expert, you will join the People & Culture Operations team that is leading the Operations and Implementation at worldwide level of the Group Santander Global projects: Workday (market leading system in the HR community).
We are looking for proactive people, with experience in Technology & Human Resources worlds and advance level of English & Spanish that want to develop their career in an international and multicultural environment.
Your main tasks will be:
- Act as subject matter expert and pro-actively consult the HR business.
- Lead Workday HR Operations and standardize and continuously improve the Global HR processes.
- Manage changes and small projects from start to finish.
- Identify business needs by working with local and global teams, doing analysis, impact assessments and solution design.
- Work with Workday Country Leads, Country Process Owners and Workday Local HUBs to highlight customer HR Functional processes, trends and identify areas for enhanced functionality.
- Documents functional business requirements, troubleshoots application problems and promotes proactive approaches for using HRIS capabilities to provide functionality to meet business needs and improve HR operations.
- Analyzes business requirements and develops or modifies programs to ensure the effective storage, retrieval and reporting of employee data.
- Manage a queue of Workday cases, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact.

If you think you've got what it takes, these are the key skills we'll be looking for in your CV:
- Bachelor´s degree of equivalent experience required. Education in both technology and human resources required.
- Integrations experience and knowledge in the HRIS field including background/education.
- Workday integration experience in Human Resources related domains, (Compensation, HCM, Recruiting, etc.).
- Technical experience and knowledge of programming languages such as Python and data models.
- Fosters and maintains positive relationships with internal positions that interact with the position and external customers.
- High level of English and Spanish.

- Knowledge of HR or/and HR processes.
