WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 2 years specializing in Workday.
Proven experience in configuring and deploying Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Workday tools, integration frameworks, and reporting.
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), and Workday Report Writer.
Familiarity with data conversion and migration processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments
