Workday Compensation Manager

Contract Start: ASAP Duration: until 12 June 2025 - possible extensions Location: Hybrid working, Granada SPAIN ENGLISH & SPANISH LANGUAGE REQUIRED We are recruiting for an experienced Workday Compensation Manager for an initial 6 month contract. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday Advanced Compensation when leading a compensation review as part of the HR team. Key Responsibilities: Compensation review: Lead on compensation review cycle in Workday, including the planning, go live of the review, during review and statement production after the review. Query resolution during the cycle Build communications for Managers leading up to and throughout the cycle Qualifications: Having run and lead the compensation review in Workday on a number of occasions, with an ability to show process improvement during those cycles Previous experience in working closely with business leaders and managers, and the HR community to support through the compensation review Previous experience working closely with a Head of Reward (or equivalent) Excellent analytical skills, and particular expertise with Microsoft Excel. Inquisitive approach to problem solving and query resolution. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
