Our internal Team of Workday Specialists is very dedicated to operate, optimize and expand Workday across different Workday modules to maximize the value for Siemens.Working as a specialist strongly together with the Functional Process Owners, Technical Leads and the Workday Operations Team will include the following activities:Discover and analyze issues in the system and define, execute solution approachesIdentify, design and realize improvements within the existing Compensation / Adv. Comp / Benefits ConfigurationFocus to ensure a secure global system and process stabilitySupport regular Workday Release ManagementCollaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiriesExecute and manage regular operational activities including Incident Management and Service Request ManagementDocumentation of activities according to the compliance frameworkIn general, we expect you to have:3+ Years Technical Workday experience across different Workday modules1+ Years Technical Workday experience dedicated to Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation / Benefits, ideally for different companies / clientsAcademic degree related to Information Technology / Business / EconomicsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changePassion to bring value add to customers and provide excellence in serviceWorkday Trainings / certifications in focus areaSpecific Skills:Good Knowledge in configuring, maintaining and optimizing Workday configurations for Compensation/Adv.
