You will have the opportunity to work across different regions, learn from different perspectives and develop your Workday knowledge and competencies.Reporting to the Global HRIS manager, you will work on the optimisation and enhancement of the system and you can develop your Workday career to become a Workday Functional Lead.
On top of supporting users globally, you will have the opportunity to assist in process improvement, projects and documentation and you will receive training and work in various Workday modules.You will join a dynamic and enthusiastic HRIS Team and you will play a key role supporting Workday Functional Leads.Workday Analyst - Portugal/Spain - Required ProfileDetailed Workday skills including Functional Configuration of Core HCMAdditional experience of at least one of the following modules: Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, BenefitsKnowledge and experience of Workday Reporting and Security is an advantageCollaborative, friendly, autonomous and a high sense of responsibilityExperience supporting Workday Implementation, Optimisation and/or Enhancement projectsVery good communication skills, fluent English to support an English speaking business environmentThis opportunity is offered as a fully remote role in Spain, with a hybrid working pattern if based in Portugal (up to 90% remote, with occasional office presence).You'll need to be a Portuguese or a Spanish resident with existing working status in the EU to be considered for this role.
