SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical ECRC Family Readiness Coordination Services to the Navy's Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSPs) designed to maximize the well-being of active duty, retirees, civilians (OCONUS) and their families.OverviewCommander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) requires comprehensive services, programs, personnel and administrative support for Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSPs) located throughout CONUS and OCONUS. The overall goal is to implement and evaluate established services and programs designed to maximize the well-being of active duty, retirees, civilians (OCONUS) and their families. The primary mission of each FFSP is to assist commands in achieving operational readiness, superior performance, member retention, and a reasonable quality of life for military personnel and their families.Tasks & Responsibilities: Work and Family Life Consultants provide one-on-one consultation, information and referral, classroom training, workshops and seminars in support of the education and training component of Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) programs and services.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide a wide range of programs and services to the FFSPConduct training classes for Sailors and family membersProvide specific information on resources availableWork individually with clients where appropriateEnsure all information and referral, one-on-one, and group education services provided are entered and counted in Fleet and Family Support Management Information Systems (FFSMIS)Ensure all programs and services scheduled and delivered are in the automated Centralized Scheduling and metrics system in use by the FFSPProvide support related to disaster preparedness and responseProvide training delivery at-sea for Return and Reunion eventsOther duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Other Skills And AbilitiesThis position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems.
