Role Summary
- The role of the Media & Content Analyst will be to gather quantitative and qualitative data from the business and draw insights to support decision making for the leadership team. The Analyst will be comfortable developing assumption-driven analysis, identifying business process gaps/inconsistencies, and managing independent projects. The Analyst will be detail oriented and able to draw insights about financial, operational, and other business data. While the incumbent will be comfortable with big data analysis, they must also be comfortable communicating their analysis to executive stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
- Gather and analyze data
- Manage ad hoc and regular business reporting and analysis
- Create models (assumption or data driven) to optimize profitability and address operational issues
- Communicate insights from analysis to support decision-making
Solve business problems
- Create solutions that can increase Anuvu's profitability supported by data
- Design projects to solve short-term immediate problems and long-term structural business challenges
- Conduct interviews with cross-functional teams to document current processes and design simplified processes
- Implement change
- Build and manage project plans to implement transformation programs
- Provide status updates on Strategic Initiatives to management as needed
- Create presentations to communicate to the business, Board and other audiences
Expectations
- You will love analysis but also excel at using data to tell a story
- Communicate insights from data using narratives and visualizations
- Flexible to work across time zones when needed
What We're Looking For
- A degree (or equivalent) in business, economics or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint (or similar program) skills
