This role will give exposure to a wide range of challenging projects and contracts. We are seeking an aspiring legal counsel who is passionate about building relationships with key stakeholders across an organization who is adept at providing commercial, results-oriented legal advice. As a key business partner, you will be actively involved in bid preparation, bid negotiation, project support, potential claims and implementation of the Group's internal policies.Job Duties:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of agreements, contracts and other legal documentation (including client contracts, bid agreements, memoranda of understanding, non-disclosure agreements and sub-consultancy agreements); Drafting Board of Directors and Shareholder Meetings decisions and resolutions. Powers of Attorney. Legalization of corporate documents before the Notary public and Commercial Register; Claims management, internal reporting and coordination with external counsel.Qualifications:Degree in Law; Fluent English & Italianis essential.
