Your Client:
Leading European company located in the center of Barcelona, responsible for providing comprehensive operational support as well as services to major insurers, brokers, fleet managers and automobile manufacturers.

They offer comprehensive end-to-end claims control, including 24/7 omnichannel customer service all year round, a network of approved workshops and highly optimized claims management. Their solutions save you time and money so you can provide exceptional service to your customers that exceeds your expectations.
Your Functions:
You will be in charge of registering data to facilitate the administrative management of the customer relationship center and enter data to generate billing, thus triggering payments for the benefit of members.

Mainly, you will be collecting the necessary information from the insurer and/or garages and through different communication channels (call, mail, system) to introduce it into the systems and start the repair of vehicles in the workshop network of the company. Also receive calls from garages to cancel the repair order.
Position Requisites:
- Formación: Sin estudios
- Idiomas: Alemán: C2
- Conocimientos: word
- Experiencia: 1 año

- Mandatory a native/bilingual level of spoken and written German
- Very good command of Spanish and/or English
- Valuable previous experience in administration or Back office.
- Knowledge of MS Office advanced and used to working with e-mail and Internet.
- Dynamic person with initiative.
- Customer service orientation.
- Capacity for communication and synthesis.
- Organized, responsible and results-oriented.
- Available to start working immediately in Barcelona.
Your Benefits:
- Salary: 22.500 € / gross per year.
- Office hours from Monday to Friday (8h to 17h / 9h to 18h).
