What you'll do We are looking for an experienced B2C Inside Sales Advisor to join our team. Working in the North American market, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of courses. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective students, providing them with valuable insights into the world of UX design and guiding them towards the courses that best align with their career goals. You will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate the value of our educational offerings to a diverse audience. Your responsibilities: Develop strong relationships through phone, email, and professional networking. Using a consultative sales technique, guide prospective students through the decision-making process and address any concerns or objections they may have. Evaluate potential clients and nurture them through the full sales process using an informed, consultative approach. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to stay informed about the latest promotions, campaigns, and industry trends to enhance sales strategies. Maintain a pipeline with accurate and up-to-date interactions with leads (potential students) in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the B2C sales team and the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Student Success, to ensure a seamless experience for students. Provide feedback to the product team. About you: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable sales experience within a fast-paced inside sales environment. You're a high performer who is target-driven and motivated. Excellent presentation skills; you will need to be comfortable with building relationships remotely. Strong reporting skills with a proven track record in a target-driven environment with specific KPIs. You have demonstrated success through a consultative sales approach. You're able to work autonomously. Serious about the role, but not so serious about yourself. Desirable: Knowledge and experience working with the Education Technology industry.
