Key responsibilities for this position include:Strategic Pricing InsightsConduct in-depth analyses of global market dynamics, competitor pricing, andcustomer behavior.Develop actionable insights to inform strategic pricing decisions for our portfolio of products and services.Customer Segment ed Pricing StrategyCreate and refine global customer segmentation pricing strategies and guidelines toalign with the diverse needs of various customer segments.Develop Entreprise wide portfolio pricing and rebating strategies tailored to different customer segments and product bundles.Pricing strategy implementation Design and develop a pricing governance and approval model to ensure margin protectionLead cross-functional teams to implement change management initiatives for the defined pricing and discounting strategiesCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance,and Operations to ensure seamless execution.Digital Tools ImplementationCollaborate with relevant teams to finetune and implement cutting-edge digital tools for pricing and quotingPricing Analytics and ReportingAnalyze pricing variations and trends, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines.Prepare clear and concise reports to communicate findings and support data-driven decision-making.Provide input on pricing performance to forecasting processesPricing for Key AccountsDevelop specialized enterprise pricing and enterprise wide portfolio contracting approaches for successful management of Key Accounts.Negotiate pricing agreements that align with the unique needs of key clients.Process Improvement InitiativesRepresent the Global Sales & Marketing team in various process improvement projects.Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
