You will:Support hiring teams to ensure that the best talent is hired, by taking care of the end-to-end recruitment processes; from job ad creation, selection of candidates, conducting interviews assessments to offer onboarding.Identify relevant supply channels, primarily for Customer Services Representative roles.Work hands-on in improving our various candidate touch points; through improving our recruitment tools processes.Contribute in building strengthening our employer brand through internal and external channels, for attracting Transcom's most valuable assets – our people!Ensure that the multiple recruitment needs are fulfilled within the SLAs and deadlines.Develop and maintain relations with stakeholders across functions and geographies.BELONGING WORKING TOGETHER ARE IMPORTANT TO USAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a diverse support community and report to the talent acquisition team leader in Spain.

You will be based in Sevilla or León, Spain and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition teams based across Europe, who collectively ensure the best candidate journey, while helping each other to develop grow.
