Bella Hats is a specialized headwear shop dealing only with the highest quality products/brands in the branch - most renowned Italian artisans and miliners with astonishing heritage and recognition - Borsalino and Alfonso D'Este.
First company was established in Prague, Czech Republic (still existing under family management) in 1992 and is the synonym of the store you go when you want the best quality product followed by the knowledgeable and professional consulting.
Since the opening of the store in Prague, we became present in many markets, as direct retailers or wholesalers, keeping our tradition and name recognition growing and becoming synonym of the quality wherever we operate.
Our latest company/store, based in the historical city centre of Málaga, Spain, one of the biggest fashion centres of Europe since early 16th century is operating for almost two years now, and due to our passion, our employees, is continuously growing and inquiring new people to join the team, to learn and become Bella Hats family member.
Tasks Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g.
product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Proactively conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Up-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Ensure packaging is ready/mounted before customers come (boxes, bags) Ensure all the payment supplies are ready (all printers/terminals paper rolls) Manage returns of merchandise (together with Store Manager) Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up to date with new products/services Develop skills continuously Requirements Fluent Spanish and good English languages are a must Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Basic knowledge/understanding of inventory stocking procedures Basic knowledge/understanding of cash desk, POS card terminal and Tax Free terminals usage Solid math skills Track record of achieving sales quotas is a plus Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Benefits In case: you have some consulting experience you like improving yourself by learning from the best you want to become "Dr.
