Wms Support Analyst

We are looking for a WMS Support Analyst – someone to support the WMS users in all our sites in Europe and in their implementation. As a member of the IT Supply Chain Systems team, the WMS Support Analyst will primarily focus on supporting WMS applications, including Körber E3PL and Dynamics, while also contributing to other Americold applications as needed. Key responsibilities include: Providing technical and functional support for WMS software. Serving as the primary liaison for WMS across functional areas, business units, and suppliers. Leveraging system knowledge to configure WMS software, identify gaps, and propose solutions. Developing and implementing best practice processes for WMS operations. Assisting with WMS software implementation at Americold facilities, including conducting end-user training sessions. This role is essential in optimizing warehouse management processes and ensuring seamless integration across the organization. The position will be in Barcelona in a new office we are building in El Poblenou, the position will be hybrid 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home but initially will be remote until we have the premises ready to go. We do required the candidate to have flexibility to travel to all our sites in Europe, I would say monthly. The salary for this position 40-42k per year.
