Role Overview: The Super User provides support of the day to day use and operation of the Manhattan WMS. Providing cover for the WMS and is the point of contact for WMS issues in the warehouse, liaising with the internal IT department and Manhattan if required. Key Duties/Responsibilities: Functional administration of Manhattan WMS Liaising with WMS supplier (Manhattan Associates) and managing implementation of any system fixes/modifications into the Production Environment, ensuring full testing is completed with appropriate signed off Review and provide recommendations for the ongoing management of SCI Respond to ad hoc internal requests to amend or create SQL reports. Attend internal and external meetings, representing the department and/or Company Work safely at all times with due regard for Yourself, visitors, contractors and work colleagues. Must also have an understanding on SP's Competent use of Report and Event Studios (Cognos) Ability to analyse data interaction between host system and Manhattan's EIS & WM Knowledge of Crystal Reports XI APP, WEB and DB server knowledge.
