Welcome to the place responsible for developing the technology that improves the lives of 160 million customers around the world!This job offer is an opportunity not only to join a great company but also to collaborate in projects that have a real impact on society.We are looking for a CHANGE MANAGER CONTINUOUS DELIVERY LEAD based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE (Madrid) office, with at least 5 years of experience in Change Delivery role functions.This area is part of the Global WMI CIO office in Wealth Division that coordinates and supports the WMI entities business and develops deploys the WMI Global Platform ecosystem.Your roleAs a WMI CHANGE MANAGER CONTINUOUS DELIVERY LEAD, your mission will be to lead the Changes CD Area.
WMI is a Santander Global Business that manages the Asset Management, Private Banking, and Insurances areas in three regions and more than 30 Santander Entities.Your main tasks will be:Represent Wealth entities in the global CAP for changesControl the Change Management DashboardCoordinate the internal development teamsManage the change windows with every businessEnsure compliance with regulatorsObtain and track code repository usage metricsCoordinate service continuity testing between the Delivery executor and our business and functional support areasWe need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:Management of WMI internal change committeesCoordination of the change windows with the System Owners of the applicationsReview of the changes submitted for approvalCoordination, alignment, and control of the change management servicesChange lifecycle management (monitoring, reporting)Review and control of the implementation of changesAssurance of the documentation presented is compliant with regulatorsControl and management of the DevOps service perimeterObtaining and tracking code repository usage metricsCoordination with NDS for the execution of changesPipeline deployments with ALM toolsSW deploymentsManagement/administration of architecture elementsSystem integrationWhat you'll bringYou're sure to fit in if you like technology and are constantly learning about new developments.
