We are looking for a CHANGE MANAGER & CONTINUOUS DELIVERY LEAD based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE (Madrid) office, with at least 5 years of experience as a Change & Delivery role functions . This area is part of the Global WMI CIO office in Wealth Division that's coordinate and support the WM&I entities business and develop & deploy the WMI Global Platform ecosystem.

Your role As a WMI CHANGE MANAGER & CONTINUOUS DELIVERY LEAD your mission will be to Lead the Changes & CD Area. WMI is a Santander Global Business that manage the Asset Management, Private Banking and Insurances areas in three regions and more that 30th Santander Entities.
Change manager and Continuous Delivery Lead within an organization take charge of change management initiatives, guiding their implementation. They design and execute strategies to facilitate employee/projects the adoption of changes process, such as overseeing the smooth implementation of a new project.
Leader that collaborates closely with other key stakeholders to ensure changes align with corporate strategic objectives. They also work with System owners and Tech Leads to ensure smooth operations, continuously monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments. Change Manager Lead also analyze the results and offer solutions for a smooth transition to a full automated execution.
Your main tasks will be:
Represent Wealth entities in the global CAP for changes Control the Change Management Dashboard to ensure Coordinate the internal delevope teams Manage the change windows with every business Ensure the compliance with regulator Obtaining and tracking code repository usage metrics and alignment with group strategies Coordination of service continuity testing between the Delivery executor and our business and functional support areas … We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:
Management of WMI internal change committees. Coordination of the change windows with the System Owners of the applications. Review of the changes submitted for approval and control of the effects on services, Clients and businesses of the WMI perimeter. Coordination, Alignment and Control of the change management services that are carried out in WMI perimeter by the different units/businesses as well as the deliverys that deliver the production services. Change lifecycle management (monitoring, reporting, CAB WMI and assistance to local CAB, change management and shakedown). Review and control of the implementation of changes. From Delivery Management. Assurance of the documentation presented is compliance with regulators. Control and management of the DevOps service perimeter provided by delivery, resource allocation and execution control of services in projects together with System Owners. Secret and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Obtaining and tracking code repository usage metrics and alignment with group strategies (quality and safety and deployment automation) for the SW. Coordination with NDS for the execution of changes without affecting services. Coordination of service continuity testing between the Delivery executor and our business and functional support areas. Pipeline deployments with ALM tools. SW deployments. Management / administration of architecture elements. System integration. Continuous monitoring. If you think you've got what it takes, these are the key skills we'll be looking for in your CV:
+ 5 years' experience as a Changes & Delivery role functions, ideally on Agile. Processes automation methodology. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Sonar, Jira, Confluence…). Degree/bachelor in IT, Maths or engineering System integration (expert technical abilities in hardware, networking, middleware, database and applications). OpenShift / Dockers & Kubernetes. EKS. SNOW. Fluid English (C2). The following would also be great... Analytical Vision on IT building blocks to understand the changes and dependencies. Teamwork capabilities working with heterogeneous tech stack (Onpremise & Public Cloud) Experience with Problem management and critical incident management. Reporting and communication skills.
