WMI is a Santander Global Business that manages the Asset Management, Private Banking, and Insurances areas in three regions and more than 30 Santander Entities.Change Manager and Continuous Delivery Lead within an organization take charge of change management initiatives, guiding their implementation. They design and execute strategies to facilitate the adoption of changes, overseeing the smooth implementation of new projects.You will collaborate closely with other key stakeholders to ensure changes align with corporate strategic objectives. You will also work with System owners and Tech Leads to ensure smooth operations, continuously monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments. The Change Manager Lead will analyze results and offer solutions for a smooth transition to fully automated execution.Your main tasks will be:Represent Wealth entities in the global CAP for changesControl the Change Management DashboardCoordinate the internal development teamsManage the change windows with every businessEnsure compliance with regulatorsTrack code repository usage metrics and alignment with group strategiesCoordinate service continuity testingWe need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:Management of WMI internal change committeesCoordination of change windows with System OwnersReview of submitted changes for approvalCoordination and control of change management servicesChange lifecycle managementReview and control of change implementationAssurance of compliance with regulatorsControl and management of DevOps servicesObtaining and tracking code repository usage metricsCoordination with NDS for change executionPipeline deployments with ALM toolsSW deploymentsSystem integrationWhat you'll bringYou're sure to fit in if you like technology and are constantly learning about new developments.
