What you will do Partners Management & Pre-Sales: Establish cross function synergies and assist relevant teams with enquiries, follow-ups, engagements and partnership management of Hardware and Software vendors.Negotiate, develop, and finalize deals including commercials, Go-To-Market and operational models.Confident negotiator to achieve win-win partnership arrangements.Support a multi-channel marketing plan for tactical marketing towards the vendors with the aim to increase the intensity and channel outreach.
Initiate and agree join marketing campaigns with partners.Support globally the sales process and the sales to convert leads into customers (from pitching, scoping, making proposition).Create and deliver presentations and proposals describing Viva Wallet solutions and services for strategic merchants.Contribute to the development of business cases and perform business impact assessments for strategic merchants.Agree with the strategic merchants on the high-level project roadmap.Project Management / Implementation: Structured, positive, communicative, methodological, creative with many ideas on how to improve the go-to-market approach with existing partners and enhance the customer experience through digital, simplified, and transparent propositions.Forecast, measure, and report the results of various initiatives with partners with financials at hand, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.Support the ongoing flow of prospect data (calls, meetings, team engagement, feedback) and make sure appropriate feedback is directed to relevant internal stakeholders such as the development and product teams.Work closely with In-store payments, Technical Product Owners, Strategic Success organizations and technology to ensure an effective product development, QA, operations, and distribution model is established for each hardware and software partner.Provide detailed project scoping, if needed, with the strategic merchants, provide project analysis services and define project specifications and design.Assist in the definition of the SoW to successfully manage the project from client's onboarding until go live as well as the phases to follow for future developments.Product: Propose/Challenge new features to match market requirements.Provide feedback/requests to product for new requirements and improvements.Support products team by defining the developments high level analysis as well as the products scope/objective and the business and technical requirements as well as the business case.Stay up-to-date and explore potential for new valuable features in the company's offering by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Requirements: Minimum 6-8 years of relevant proven experience, ideally within the Payments & Fintech Industry and in Issuing and Acquiring services.Degree in Management Information Systems or a combination of Business with IT related field.Flexible to embrace the dynamics of an evolving, technology led organization.Customer focus with proven soft skills in dealing with clients/partners senior level management and payments stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems.Hold strong presentation, communication, and third-party handling skills, particularly over video meetings or over the phone.Possesses collaboration skills, able to work with a wide range of people to get stuff done.Having good knowledge of payment services regulations and keeping abreast in respect to new policy frameworks.Excellent written and verbal communication in English; fluency in other EU languages is a plus.What we offer: A competitive salary (based upon your super skills and experience);Annual bonus upon performance;Relevant and refresh training related to your role;Opportunity to work closely with a highly motivated team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;Freedom to create your own network and the possibility to expand your horizons;Opportunity to work in an international fintech company with a large cultural diversity;Acquiring excellent knowledge in the payment and banking industry;Opportunity for a rapid career development.
