Are you a (Senior) Engineering Manager ready to build and lead this new team of engineers in our Madrid location?The Role:As (Senior) Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, developing and growing a team of engineers. Foster a collaborative culture and enable your team to be generalist engineers and experts for the PoCs and solutions we built around the Celonis platform. You will work closely with your counterparts in other engineering teams within Celonis Labs or the Celonis platform.You'll be managing the careers of the team members and their performance, and actively fostering successful group dynamics to help the team accomplish their mission. Managers at this level possess the technical judgment and decision making expected of Staff+ Software Engineers, often making technical contributions that have a direct impact on the team's mission.The work you'll do:Lead the Celonis Labs Engineering team in Madrid to successfully deliver their missionManage the performance and support the career development of engineers up to the Staff levelBuild and maintain an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration within your team and adjacent teamsTake an active part in hiring and growing the team according to business needsContribute technically within the team's scopeCollaborate with Product Managers, Solution Owners and other leads on goals and strategies around people, technology, and processesAdvocate for the (whole) team; provide upward and outward visibility of the team and their work.The qualifications you need:3+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership positionStrong technical knowledge (5+ years of experience in software engineering is expected)Experience working with Javascript or Typescript, Node.Js, microservicesKnowledge of cloud providers, Kubernetes, CI/CD is also highly appreciated.Knowledge around Agile concepts (e.G
