Reporting to the Supply Chain department, under the supervision of the European Transport Manager, you will be the privileged interface between our company and our transportation providers in Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
Your mission aims to contribute to the improvement of the customer experience.
Your main missions are as follows:Manage the relationship with transportation providers through KPIs, monthly reviews, and day-to-day discussions.Continuously improve operational processes and IT tools/developments to delight our customers.Manage 2 B2C transportation assistants.Handle transportation provider requests (anomalies, return orders, etc.
).Monitor and manage Reverse logistics.Develop and update monthly transportation dashboards (quality/delivery service rates).Control carrier's invoices & handle disputes related to transportation invoices.Provide support to the Customer Service department by responding to their inquiries and resolving daily delivery anomalies. Conditions: Employment contract: Permanent.
Compensation based on profile, consisting of a fixed salary, variable component, and attractive benefits.
Location: Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid.
Requisitos:Profile: Minimum Bachelor's degree level, preferably with a specialization in Logistics and Transportation.Fluent spoken and written proficiency in Spanish and English.
Italian & French would be a plus.Desired skills: Reactivity, rigor, open-mindedness, logical thinking, common sense, communication...Proven advanced proficiency in Excel and analysis.
Knowledge of PowerBI would be a plus.
