Reporting to the Exec Director, Global Channels and Strategy, you will be the first hire into a new team driving a brand new go-to-market strategy for IAS. Your role will be to manage our growing list of partners operating in markets that IAS doesn't have a direct presence in. As such, your day-to-day will span across business development, partner management, product expertise, training and development, and customer service. You will become an expert on IAS's products and will help support individual partners in their knowledge and presentation of IAS's products and services to market. You will also form part of the wider International Business Development team, working closely with EMEA and APAC leadership to grow new and existing partner relationships.
What you'll do:Manage IAS's commercial partners across 3+ continents.Support both the strategic and tactical goals of each partner in order to grow revenue.Learn IAS current and future product set in sufficient detail to become a training partner.Find and address training and knowledge gaps in partner teams.Challenge the current operating model to search for improved ways of working and opportunities to scale.In addition to working with IAS global partners, the role will include support for existing and new IAS BD deals, including support for new products related to EMEA and APAC markets such as Attention.We expect this role to develop with the individual and for you to take on more responsibility in owning the deal cycle of new partners and products in non-US markets. What you'll need:A desire to build something new and accept ambiguity in execution.The flexibility to work EST friendly hours up to three times per week.A track record of outperforming expectations and tangible delivery.Confidence to operate independently and navigate across the organization to solve problems.An ability to learn, synthesize and pitch products and ideas.Business Spanish is a big plus for this role as we will be supporting Latin American partners but we may be flexible for the right person.A keen interest in technology, digital media, and the wider ecosystem.A background in adtech is a plus, but not required.Specific experience in partner management, client services, sales training or business development is a plus, but not required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong numerical analytical ability.
