You will be located in Spain (Madrid).
You will develop and implement account strategies focused on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with Sales Colleagues across Hitachi Energy to build customer relationships and deliver a varied opportunity pipeline to fulfill the business goals.
The role provides a stimulating mix of activities which require an experienced Sales Professional with the ability to build strong long-term customer relationships.Your Responsibilities:Develop specific Account Strategies for the Grid Automation business with your nominated accounts to position Hitachi Energy as the partner of choice and drive profitable growth.Drive alignment with the Business Goals and feed into the overall Account Strategy for Hitachi Energy.Create added value for customers and Hitachi Energy by ensuring a coordinated sales proposition across business units.Maintain detailed records of opportunities for your nominated accounts and visibility of business levels in the current and future years.Set and deliver the Sales Targets for your accounts and support coordinate with the Local Sales Teams to secure local business.Secure export orders where your nominated accounts are working on international opportunities.Keep up knowledge of growth plans, target markets, and ambitions for each of your accounts develop and implement the account plan to grow existing markets.Actively involve in the development of the executive relationship strategy and coverage plans, coordination of the communications for your accounts across Europe, sharing best practices, and driving standardization on Hitachi Energy solutions.Coordinate the sales tendering activities and manage interfaces with operations teams.Develop maintain detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behavior, organization, decision-makers, and business drivers.Your Background:At least 5+ years' experience selling Automation Solutions to EPC contractors.Experience of managing international Sales Opportunities for engineered solutions.A strong knowledge of markets for Automation Solutions for Electrical Networks and Grid Edge Solutions.Experience in coordinating international bid teams to develop innovative tenders.Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.Availability for international travel to visit customers (max.
