If you're ready to contribute to our vision of making property investment as simple as investing in shares or ETFs, we want you on our team!How will you contribute to PropHero?Your main mission is to support our finance and accounting operations, working together with our Chief of Staff, Head of People, and internal admin and finance teams to ensure that our administrative, financial, and accounting records are accurate. Your contributions will be essential in helping us scale. Here's how you can make a difference:Support invoicing and accounting processes according to company policies, ensuring smooth financial operations.Help forecast Cashflow and P&L, contributing to crucial operational decisions.Assist with investor reporting and monthly closings.Participate in the implementation of a business ERP, enhancing our ability to scale and optimize processes.Contribute to building a strong Treasury team, including managing banking relationships.Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, gross margin analysis, and more, using bookkeeping software.What will make you successful with us?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – we're a close-knit team, and collaboration is key.Ambition to grow exponentially with the company – we're looking for someone who sees this role as just the beginning of a long-term journey.Analytical mindset with strong technical abilities to tackle complex financial problems.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; SQL or other programming skills would be a plus.You are in your 4th year of a Finance, Business, Engineering, or Data Analytics degree (mandatory) or Masters.Based in Valencia, with availability to work in a hybrid format (a mix of in-office and remote).What benefits can PropHero bring you?We work remotely and in a flexible environment.
