Main responsibilities: Lead and manage all product-related activities with strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration (example: forecasting, monitoring risk and opportunities, supply, product communications, etc.).Execute Sanofi's simplification journey via:Leading Global Pruning Rationalization-Pruning process.Collaboration with Global and Local teams to lead broad cross-functional teams in Global and local divestments.Identification of local opportunities for divestment or discontinuation to be approved by Global team and aligned with local regulations.Identify and execute innovative partnerships where applicable.Manage all partner relationships, including business reviews, issue resolution, and contract management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient supply, contributing to robust our IBP process (PMR, DR RR), monitoring, and communicating risks and opportunities.Collaboration with Customer Engagement Leads, Medical & BOS team to identify efficient ways and opportunities to engage customers (pure play initiatives) and leverage synergies across EU Community.About you Education: University degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Finance
Experience: Brand/Portfolio management experience (across all stages of life cycle, including post LOE).Proven track record in Business Development/divestments (partnerships a strong asset).Track record of success in project management.Lean/agile methodology.Contracting and negotiation.Technical and Soft Skills: Understanding of the Spanish & Portuguese environment including Regulatory, Market Access, Pricing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Pharmacovigilance.Excellent communication skills, active listener, high level of self-awareness, open to feedback.Strong financial acumen (modeling and valuation, P&L Management).Strong analytic skills and ability to build business cases.Strong project management, ability to carry out many projects simultaneously and prioritization.Flexible and comfortable managing in ambiguity.Strong leadership, ability to motivate and rally cross-functional teams and lead without authority.Languages: English (required), Spanish (recommended)
