And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.Job Description Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is to be a key contact between Supply Chain and other teams across the organization to drive continuous improvement through dashboard creation, reporting, and data analysis using PowerBI, Learning Management Systems, and other reporting platforms as needed. The role will work with regional Operational Excellence teams across the global business.Major / Key Accountabilities: Accountable for working with Supply Chain stakeholders across regions to identify KPIs that will be reported by Global Operational Excellence.Lead and implement IT related projects, networking with IT contacts to ensure robust requirements gathering, strong User Acceptance Testing and smooth implementation of dashboards and reports as required by leadership.Create data driven solutions to solve ambiguous, open-ended, and unstructured problems; share strategic suggestions to improve data decisions for the business.Design, build and implement PowerBI dashboards to transform complicated data into easy-to-digest summaries in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data.Communicate with stakeholders proactively throughout the project to gather input, keep them updated on deadlines, and coordinate with other teams.Act as a trusted advisor when questions arise regarding BI Solutions and metrics.Identify new opportunities to build and/or improve new features and products (standardization, usability, workload).Qualifications Essential Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics).Desirable Qualifications: Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Certification.Experience: 5+ years of experience as a data analyst/BI developer (or equivalent).#J-18808-Ljbffr
