Job Description:
It will be the responsibility of the position holder to help develop the presence and recognition of Sobi as a credible partner with Hematology and Auto Inflammatory rare diseases (Internal Medicine, Pediatric Rheumatologists and Hematology) community through supporting the development of relationships with key stakeholders, as well as the successful development and delivery of agreed pre and post license marketing projects. The position holder will also be expected to be able to travel within own country as well as to the HQ office routinely in the line of usual business activities.

Under the direction of the BUD HT-IM the candidate will work with local medical and patient access colleagues as well as HQ staff in a cross functional approach to Sobi's interactions with all stakeholders (physicians, payers, nurses and patients).

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the tactical implementation of the Sobi global business plan managed through the production and execution of a country business plan, including any required local strategy or tactical variations and budget.
Responsible for giving feedback about local commercialization needs and market and competitor perspectives into global strategy development through appropriate channels.
Drive unbranded (and branded after launch) tactics that are in line with core product messaging and highest standards of compliance; e.g. Internet, social media.
Develop strategic communications and/or training materials for internal and external customers on current projects and tactics and working with medical colleagues to ensure the highest level of scientific credibility in all Sobi external communications.
Measure value, impact, and return on investment (after launch) of commercial campaigns.
Work in tight collaboration to manage and support projects from Headquarters, travelling as needed to ensure alignment.
Take ownership of customer networking and working with the BUD and KAM team (when in post) to manage ongoing key stakeholder relationships on a country scale.
Define and deliver the overall marketing strategy, ensuring local customer needs and market requirements are included in the development of Sobi global strategy.
Spend 20-50% of work time in the field supporting business activities and interacting with key customers.
Sales forecast for budgeting purposes and ensure appropriate support to market of those brands under his/her responsibilities.
Highly skilled and experienced in digital/omnichannel to foster projects across the organization supporting marketing and medical functions on the development of omnichannel plans.

Qualifications:
Required:
University degree level education – medical/science based highly preferable
Speciality medicine or rare diseases product management experience for a minimum of 3 years
Direct customer relationship management experience and an ability to engage with customer needs in delivering company projects
Responsibility and experience in monitoring OPEX to agreed targets and working effectively on competitive intelligence
Proven ability to work in matrix organizations
Recent pre-launch and launch experience including project coordination
Knowledge of the local health systems and decision making processes
Demonstrated ability to work independently and a "hands on" practical delivery of marketing projects
Experience in a medical-marketing, marketing or sales role for at least 2 of more years.

Desired:
Ability to apply Competitive Intelligence learnings into Marketing Plans, develop and execute tactics to address competitive threats
Relevant laboratory or medical experience/postgraduate qualifications may be an advantage

Skills/Knowledge/Languages:
Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills English. Portuguese is a plus
Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with review and approval systems (e.g. Veeva) is an advantage
Proven track record of successful working in a cross functional matrix environment
Familiar with AI as a tool on his/her role and used ethically

Desired:
Experience in working in a matrix environment with multicultural colleagues.
