We are looking for a Collections Coordinator for the UK-Ireland market , based in Barcelona.
You will be responsible for functional supervision of a team of about 10 collectors while keeping your own receivables ledger to collect on.
As a Collections Coordinator, you will: Provide receivable management to the account portfolio (minimize time and optimize the process).
Maintain appropriate ledger housekeeping, general customer accounting reconciliations, and up-to-date records to satisfy company standards and deadlines.
Coach and develop the assigned group members.
Work with different actors within and outside the company.
Ensure a positive customer experience whilst maximizing collection results in line with annual targets.
Interact with business representatives and managers.
Undertake regular reviews and analysis of own and group ledgers, highlighting major billing issues, regular offers, and potential severe debt exposures from customers failing to pay on time.
You will have: Fluent level in English.
Ideally, a degree in Business Administration or similar.
Experience working in B2B and in negotiating/dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated good leadership during your last experience.
IT Knowledge: MS Office; SAP would be beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and you are communicative.
Results-oriented, and you are used to working under pressure.
