As our new Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a multicultural team who works closely with Sales representatives, from quotation creation until order booking/invoicing and follow up in SAP.
Key Responsibilities: Processing formal quotes in the public tender process and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of post-sales functions.Serving as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, logistic, installation planning, collections to resolve customer inquiries.Managing and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes and compliance requirements.Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management.Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures.Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Native Italian.Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated customer service focus.Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry.Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate.Strong problem-solving skills.Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership.MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel.
