Your mission: Key responsibilities include leading a team of Enterprise Sales professionals, as well as acting as the country manager for the Spanish and Portuguese entities. The RVP will increase sales excellence and growth, and inspire a winning company culture, in line with our values and the wider EMEA and global strategy.
What you'll do at UiPath: Operate in harmony with our values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast.Act as a country leader for the Spanish and Portuguese Entities to create and chair an operating board for the region, consisting of all regional functional leaders, which will deliver the Vision, Strategy, Partner Ecosystem, Customer Success & Culture required to drive high growth performance over short, medium, and long-term time horizon.Assist with developing the UiPath brand, working closely with Marketing and PR stakeholders across the region.From time to time, act as a contributor of Employee forums, such as Employee Work Counsels.Own the Iberia sales targets; forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing key strategic opportunities.Work with the business to identify new opportunities within our Enterprise and Strategic accounts, engaging meaningfully with C-level and Executive stakeholders.Develop and maintain a comprehensive multi-year account plan to meet or exceed customer goals and share of wallet.Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove and report blockers, and contribute to a seamless and consistent global customer experience.Lead a culture of sales excellence; steer consistent implementation and adoption of sales processes, pipeline management, measurement, KPI's, and sales performance.Develop a network of exceptional relationships with key industry influencers, customers and partners thereby enhancing UiPath's industry mindshare.Maintain a high-level understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace.Coach the team to execute strategic account plans and conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment.Head-up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors, to track progress on priorities and targets.Pioneer industry-leading initiatives that influence the position of UiPath in the industry, solidifying our position as a market leader.Ensure a psychologically safe environment for your team, based on the servant leadership principle.Create a regional business account strategy, with global vision and local implementation.Represent the voice of our existing clients and prospects alike and liaise with internal cross-functional teams to shape the future of UiPath's product development strategy.What you'll bring to the team: 10+ years' experience building, managing and coaching Spanish & Portuguese Sales teams in a high growth environment.Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets as well as engaging with C-levels.Extensive experience working in a value-driven sales environment.Experience working with teams on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities; immersed, customer-facing, and in a solution-oriented capacity.Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.The skill to build, manage, and nurture relationships at senior executive level, both internally and externally.Proven success in structuring and closing multi-million-dollar deals.Direct field experience working with Enterprise accounts.Experience of adopting rigorous sales methodologies ensuring accurate forecasting.Fluency in the English language, both verbal and written.
